Service code history of RC-Q1E
Service code of the CO
2
water heater remote control RC-Q1E is changed to A from May 2015 after
arrangements to improve specifications and to add new functions.
Major changes are as listed below.

Added Upper limit setting of HW temp to the Administrator settings
menu, and enabled to set the upper limit temperature at 70 – 90℃.
It can be selected Usual ⇔ Set 1 ⇔ Set 2 by selecting
R/C function settings ⇒ HW amount display setting from the
Administrator settings menu.
LE D lights always if it is operated with the Run/P ause switch after
selecting Operation lamp setting from the Administrator settings menu.
E xample)
If the upper limit temperature at 80℃, the range of hot water temperature
that the user can set becomes 60 – 80℃. This is a measure to cope with
the problem of water quality at site likely to cause clogging.

・Initial setting operation status
・N umber of hermetic tank temperature sensors
・Hot water amount judgment differential value
・Upper limit of hot water temperature in the tank
N ote) Conventional save data (Hot water temperature in the tank,
heat-retention temperature, etc.) are saved in the same way.
Histories of error codes

codes (M N o.) can be
displayed separately.
N ote 1) Functions indicated in the rectangular frame (E x: Menu ) are items selectable on the LCD display,
by touching the screen.

N ote 2) N ew and old remote controls are compatible with each other. It is compatible also between new and old heat
source water heaters (Service codes / 1, A, B and C).
