IMPORTANT In case that a safety output is configured as Safety pulsed test, while this out-
put is in an ON state, the signal sequence shown below is output continuously
to enable diagnosis. Confirm the response times of the devices connected to
the safety outputs so that the devices do not malfunction due to the OFF
pulse.
