6. Disconnect the small radiator bypass hose

7. Remove four fasteners
y
securing the radiator fan to
the radiator. Separate the fan motor assembly from
the radiator.
8. Lift the radiator up to remove from the vehicle.
9. Inspect fan blades for damage.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the radiator in the vehicle.
CAUTION
Use care not to damage the radiator fins.
2. Install the cooling fan and four fasteners

to secure
the radiator fan to the radiator. Torque to
specification.
TORQUE
Cooling Fan Fasteners:
35 in-lbs (4 Nm)
