Adding a Shortcut to the Home Screen
You can add shortcuts to the apps that you have added to the home screen.
1. Touch the application box icon on the home screen.
2. Hold down the icon of the app that you want to add a shortcut to.
3. Drag and drop the icon to the home screen.
The app shortcut icon will be added to the home screen.
• There are two spaces for shortcuts that can be added/removed on the home screen. This excludes
the Whiteboard app, File Manager, and application box. If there is no available space, delete the
shortcuts on the home screen so as to make space before adding the shortcuts.
Removing Shortcuts from the Home Screen
You can remove app shortcuts from the home screen.
The app for which shortcut you have removed can be accessed from the application box.
1. Touch and hold the icon of the app that you want to remove the shortcut from on the
home screen.
2. Touch [Confirm].
The app shortcut icon will be removed from the home screen.
• Shortcut icons for the whiteboard app, File Manager, and application box cannot be deleted.
Deleting an App
You can uninstall apps that no longer need to be used from the machine.
1. Touch the application box icon on the home screen.
2. Touch and hold the icon of the app that you want to uninstall.
3. Touch [Uninstall app].
The app will be uninstalled.
