Duplex Copying
This section describes how to make duplex copies.
Duplex
Copies two 1-sided pages or one 2-sided page onto a 2-sided page.
• You cannot use the bypass tray with this function.
• With the Type 1 and 2, you can copy on both sides only when using paper that has a thickness of
64 - 105 g/m
2
(55 - 90 lb.).
• With the Type 3 and 4, you can copy on both sides only when using paper that has a thickness of
64 - 169 g/m
2
(55 - 145 lb.).
1 Sided 2 Sided
Copies two 1-sided pages on one 2-sided page.
2 Sided 2 Sided
Copies one 2-sided page on one 2-sided page.
