Process image input - monitoring data
Access to the monitoring data is possible from the register memory area with function
codes 03 and 04, or the coil memory area with function codes 01 and 02.
Max. data length per access: 5 registers, 16 coils.
The process image output and the process image input can also be accessed via function
code 23 as a combined write/read access operation.
