Response monitoring time of IO devices

ication is interrupted (station failure) if the reconfiguration time setting of the ring
is higher than the response monitoring time setting of the IO devices.
For this reason, make sure that the response monitoring time of the IO devices is set to a
high
enough value. This also applies to IO devices configured with MRP outside the ring.
