VALVE INSTALLATION
Clean any dust or rust which is around the valve hole 1 and then
install the valve in the rim.
NOTE:
To properly install the valve

into the valve hole, apply a special
tire lubricant or neutral soapy liquid to the valve.

Be careful not to damage the valve lip A.

TIRE INSTALLATION
• Apply tire lubricant to the tire bead.
• When installing the tire onto the wheel, observe the following
points.

Do not reuse the valve which has been once removed.
NOTE:
When repairing a flat tire, follow the repair instructions and use
only recommended repairing materials.
VALVE INSPECTION
Inspect the valve 1 after the tire is removed from the rim, and
replace the valve with a new one if the seal rubber has any splits
or scratches.
Inspect the removed valve core and replace it with a new one if
the seal 2 is abnormally deformed or worn.
