Adjustment Procedures
This section describes the procedures necessary to manually adjust the AFG3000
Series Arbitrary/Function Generators. Execute each adjustment when you
exchange a circuit board.
Purpose
This procedure returns the arbitrary/function generator to compliance with its
Warranted Characteristics as listed in the Specification section. It can also be used
to optimize the performance of the arbitrary/function generator.
Adjustment Interval
Generally, these adjustments should be done every 12 months.
Adjustment After Repair
After the removal and replacement of a module due to electrical failure, perform
the adjustment procedure in this section. The table below lists the adjustment items
that should be performed after repair.
