To remove the battery, do these steps:
1. Open the battery compartment door.
2. Raise the handles on each side of the battery and use them to pull
the battery out of the oscilloscope.
Maximizing Operating Time
To maximize the time that the oscilloscope can operate from a full
battery charge, consider doing these things:
 Reduce the display backlight intensity (see page 3–17)
 Disconnect unused active probes
 Only use passive probes
