0x0 = Voltage() and ChargingVoltage() are scaled by 10E0.

This read-word function returns the pack's manufacture date. The ManufacturerDate() value is in the
following format: Day + Month × 32 + (Year–1980) × 512, and is stored in Manufacturer Date.
