0 = No change
1 = Decrease motor potentiometer value. (If both the up
and down sources are on, the potentiometer value will not
change.)

Defines the change rate of the motor potentiometer. This
parameter specifies the time required for the motor
potentiometer to change from minimum (22.76) to
