376 Monitoring Switch Traffic
RMON Event Control
Use the RMON Events Control page to define RMON events. Events are
used by RMON alarms to force some action when a threshold is crossed for a
particular RMON counter. The event information can be stored in a log
and/or sent as a trap to a trap receiver.
To display the page, click Statistics/RMON
→ RMON → Event Control in
the navigation panel.

Adding an RMON Event
To add an event:

Open the RMON Event Control page.
2 Click Add .
