LP Engine G430(3.0L) Base Engine Service Procedure
Cylinder Head Removal
1. Remove the cylinder head bolts.
NOTICE
After removal, place the cylinder head on two wood
blocks to prevent damage.
2. Remove the cylinder head.
3. Remove the gasket.
4. Discard the gasket.
Oil Pan Removal
1. Remove the oil pan bolts.
2. Remove the oil pan.
3. Remove the gasket.
4. Discard the gasket.
Oil Pump Removal
1. Remove the bolts that attach the oil pump to the
engine block.
2. Remove the oil pump and gasket.
3. Discard the gasket.
