Electrical connector locking mechanism
This product is appr
oved permanently connected equipment and must be used as
described below:
The pumping system has an electrical connector locking mechanism (Figure: Controls/
connectors on the rear of the system). Use an applicable screwdriver to release.
The pumping system is supplied with a protecve cover (Figure: Electrical connector
locking mechanism) installed and the locking mechanism can be applied. Use the
following instrucons to install the electrical supply cable.
▪ Turn the locking screws to loosen the locking mechanism, if necessary.
▪ Move the locking mechanism as far as possible to the le.
▪ Push up the lever to release the prot
ecve cover.
▪ Remove the protecve cover and aach the electrical supply cable.
▪ Pull the lever downwards to lock the electrical supply cable connector in place.
▪ Push the locking mechanism as far as possible to the right so that it prevents the
lever from funconing.
▪ Tighten the locking screws to rmly hold the locking mechanism in place.
▪ Connect the other end of the electrical supply cable to the electrical supply
through an isolator.
