Note:
The high temperature alarms on E
dwards vacuum pumping systems are system
protecon trips and should be considered as an abnormal running condion. If a system
has tripped due to any high temperature alarm the system should be examined and the
reason for the alarm idened. Once the fault has been corrected the system should be
le for a minimum of 30 minutes before aempng to restart.
