Inlet Pressure
Enter the valve inlet pressure (INLET_PRESSURE
[83.7]).
Outlet Pressure
Enter the valve outlet pressure (OUTLET_PRESSURE
[83.8])
in psig, kPa, Bar, in Hg or in H
2
O.
Trim
(TB > Detailed Setup > Act and Valve > Trim)
Seat Type
Enter the valve seat type (SEAT_TYPE [84.1]).
Leak Class
Enter the valve leak class (LEAK_CLASS [84.2]).
Port Diameter
Enter the valve port diameter (PORT_DIAMETER
[84.3]) in inches or mm.
Port Type
Enter the valve port type (PORT_TYPE [84.4]).
Flow Direction
Enter the flow direction (FLOW_DIRECTION [84.5])
through the valve.
Push Down To
Enter the effect on valve movement when the stem is
moved down (PUSH_DOWN_TO [84.6]).
Flow Tends To

Actuator
(TB > Detailed Setup > Act and Valve > Actuator)
Actuator Manufacturer Id
Enter the manufacturer’s identification number
(ACT_MAN_ID [22]) of the actuator on which the
instrument is mounted. Select from the drop-down list
or enter the manufacturer’s identification number as
defined by the Fieldbus Foundation. For Fisher, the
manufacturer ID hex value is 005100.
Actuator Model Number
Enter the type number for the actuator
(ACT_MODEL_NUM [23]) on which the instrument is
mounted.
Actuator Serial Number
Enter the serial number (ACT_SN [24]) for the
actuator on which the instrument is mounted.
Act Size
Enter the size of the actuator (ACTUATOR_SIZE
[85.1]) on which the instrument is mounted.
Actuator Fail Action
Sets actuator action to be performed upon loss of
actuator air pressure (ACT_FAIL_ACTION [21]).
Feedback Conn
Select the feedback connection (FEEDBACK_CONN
[42.4]), Rotary All, SStem - Roller or SStem -
Standard. For rotary valves, enter Rotary - All, SStem
- Roller. For sliding-stem valves, if the feedback
linkage consists of a connector arm, adjustment arm,
and feedback arm (similar to figure 5-1), enter SStem -
Standard. If the feedback linkage consists of a roller
that follows a cam (similar to figure 5-2), enter Rotary
All, SStem - Roller.
Tvl Sen Motion
Note
The Travel Sensor Motion is set
automatically by the Setup Wizard, or
during the Auto Calibration procedure.
