damage.

If rocker arms requi re servicing or replacement.
inspect the cam lo bes for scor ing. chip ping or flal
spots.
Measu re the rocker arm shaft 0.0.
SE RVtCE LIMIT: 9. 91 mm 10 .390 Inl
Measure the rocker arm 1. 0 .
SERVICE LIMIT: 10.1 mm (0.40 in )
Calcu late the rocker arm -to-shaft clearan ce.
SERVICE LI MIT : 0.08 mm (0.003 in)
CAMSHAFT OIL CLEARANCE
W ,pe any oi l from the journals of the camshaft.
cylinder head and camshaft holders.
lay a strip of plasTigauge leng th w ise on top of each
camshaft j ou rnal.
Do 001 fOlare rhe I nS l all the camshaft ho lders and ti ghten the nut s in
