ENGINE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Loosen the re ar e ng ine hanger bolts/nuts_
Support the eng ine uSi ng a jack or othe r adjustable
~upport to ease of engine hanger bo lts remo ... a!.
Remove the engine hanger bolts. col la rs and engine
from the frame.
ENGINE INSTALLATION
NOTE:
Noto the direction ofthe ri ght engi ne hanger coftar
(clutch cable stay). left
engine hanger collar and
hanger bolts.
Use
a fl oor jack o r other adjustable sup po r to
ca ref ully maneuve r the engine into place.
Place
the engine into the f rame. and i nstall th e REAR
ilngine hanger bolts from th e l eft side.
CAUTION:
Be caref ul no t to damage t he f,ame.
Install the nuts, then t igh ten them loosely.
Place
the front engine hanger plate and install Ihe
Ihrfle holts from the left si de .
Place the crankcase pr otector and instal l the bolt
from the left si de_
