Honda XR80R Service Manual

INSTALLATION
Clean 011 the gasket materia l from the cy li nde r
surface.
Install
the new gasket and dowel pins.
Loosen the tensioner adjusti
ng bolt lock nut and the
bo l t.
Push down on the tens io ner rod with a screwdriver
and
relighten the bolt (page 7-4).
Tighten {he loc k nut .
Install {he cyli nder head.
Install the cam chain tensi on adjuster w i th a new O·
ring
Install the cyl inder head mount ing bolt . bul do not
ti ghte n.
XR1 00 R: Install the new O-ring to the Intake pipe.
XR80R; Install the new gasket to the intake pipe.
Install the in take pipe lind ti ghten the two bolts.
Install t he camchil in tensioner adjuster SCI plate and
bo lt.
