– Pull nuts  off of the radiator.
Tip
Insert the screws into the holes of the radiator guard and mount the nuts. This
ensures that all required parts are available when needed.

– Place nuts  onto tabs  of the radiator.
– Hook radiator guard  into holes  at the bottom and swing up to the radiator.
– Mount and tighten screws .
Guideline
Remaining chassis nuts M6 15 Nm
(11.1 lbf ft)
