9.85Adding engine oil
Info
Too little engine oil or poor-quality engine oil results in premature wear to the engine.
The engine oil level must be corrected when the engine is warm.

– Remove oil dipstick and add engine oil to the MAX marking.

External temperature: ≥ 0 °C (≥ 32 °F)
Engine oil (SAE 10W/50) ( p. 202)

External temperature: < 0 °C (< 32 °F)
Engine oil (SAE 5W/40) ( p. 202)
Info
For optimal performance of the engine oil, do not mix different types of engine
oil.
We recommend changing the engine oil, if necessary.
– Replace the oil dipstick.
