Tap or click it to display all diagnostic feedback logs which have not been submitted successfully due to
network failure. Once the diagnostic tool gets a stable network signal, it will be uploaded to the remote
server automatically.
3.5 Remote Diagnosis
This option aims to help repair shops or technicians launch instant messaging and remote diagnosis,
making the repair job getting xed faster.
3.5.1 Interface Layout

1 Message tab
Once an incoming message reaches, a red dot will appear on the upper
right corner of the tab.
2 Search bar
Directly input the username of the diagnostic tool to start searching, and
then tap or click the desired technician to add it into your friend list.
3 Friends List By default, the screen appears blank.
4 Web Remote
Tap or click to slide the switch to ON, the tool keeps online and
becomes visible on the web client. In this case, inform the technician of
your product S/N, and he/she will control your device remotely.
5 Contact tab Tap or click to enter the friend list.
3.5.2 Add Friends
Tap or click “Contact” to enter the contact page. By default it appears blank.
In the search bar, input the partner’s username and tap or click “Search” button next to the search bar to
starts searching from Launch’s golo business database.
