4. Slide the driveshaft assembly through the spacer into the gear housing while installing the pinion gear onto the lower
driveshaft splines.

Bearing Carrier Assembly
1. Apply 2‑4‑C with PTFE to the new seal lips. Press the new seal (flat side down) into the carrier with a 13/16 in. socket.
