4. Remove the three fuel hoses. Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately.
a - Thermostat housing bracket
b - Bolt (M6 x 30) (2)
c - Fuel pump
d - Pulse hose
e - Fuel pump inlet hose
f - Fuel pump outlet hose
Fuel Pump Hoses
a - Fuel pump
b - Bolt (M6 x 30) (2)
c - Thermostat housing bracket
d - Pulse hose to intake manifold fitting
e - Fuel pump inlet hose from fuel shutoff valve
f - Fuel pump outlet hose to carburetor
g - Large hose clamp (2)
h - Hose clamp
i - Small hose clamp (2)
Installation
1. Connect the hoses to the fuel pump. Secure the hoses with clamps.
2. Attach the fuel pump to the thermostat housing bracket with two M6 x 30 bolts. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
