Shooting
Menu
Functions
that
Cannot
Be
Applied Simultaneously
Restrictions apply to the following settings
in
0 (auto) mode.
Flash
mode
Flash
mode
is
automatically set
to
~
(Off) and cannot be adjusted
when
Continuous
or
BSS
is
selected for the Continuous setting. Selecting Single for
Continuous restores the last flash
mode
setting applied.
Self-timer
If self-timer
is
on, only one picture will be taken
when
the
shutter
is
released,
regardless
of
settings selected for the Continuous setting. The last Continuous
setting applied
is
restored when picture
is
taken or self-timer
is
turned off.
White
balance
and
Color
options
White balance
is
automatically set
to
Auto and cannot be adjusted
when
Black-
and-white, Sepia,
or
Cyanotype
is
selected for Color options.
Selecting Standard color, Vivid color,
or
Pastel restores the last
White
balance
setting applied.
Autofocus
mode
Autofocus
mode
is
automatically set
to
Single
AF
and cannot be adjusted
when
Face priority
is
selected for
AF
area mode.
The last autofocus
mode
setting applied
is
restored
when
any setting other than
Face priority
is
selected for
AF
area mode.
