[Live View Boost]
The screen is displayed bright so that you can check the composition in low-light
environment such as at night.
• Select [SET] to specify the Recording Mode in which [Live View Boost] will be enabled.

Noise may be more noticeable in the screen than in the recorded image.
●
This function is disabled in the following cases:
• When adjusting the exposure (when the shutter button is pressed halfway, for example)
• When recording a motion picture or 4K photo
• When an image effect in [Filter Effect] of [Filter Settings] is set
• When using [Constant Preview]
[Peaking]
When you perform Manual Focus operation, this function automatically adds colour to the
portions of the image that are in Focus (portions on the screen with clear outlines).

When [Detect Level] in [SET] is set to [HIGH], portions to be highlighted are reduced, allowing you
to achieve a more precise focus.
●
Changing the [Detect Level] setting also changes the [Display Color] setting as follows.

This function is not available in the following case:
• [Rough Monochrome] (Creative Control Mode)
