16-1. Adjustment of “0” feed
*Pay much attention to this adjustment which is very important and critical.
1. Select mode 1 under test mode B and check “0” feed.
Place a piece of paper under presser foot and run machine several times..
Check needle hole on paper. It is acceptable if there are up to 2 needles in length.
2. Check and see if feed amount is "0". If not, adjust by turning screw A in either way
until correct "0" feed is obtained.
*If the screw A is turned clockwise, paper is fed in forward direction.
*If the screw A is turned counter clockwise, paper is fed in reverse direction.
3. After checking "0" feed, confirm the situation by sewing actual stitch patterns.
Release the test mode and select stitch pattern #17 “Ricrac".
4. If feed pitch is not correct, adjust with the screw A.
