37-1. Mechanical origin point and maximum
moveable area
When there is an error in mechanical origin points or the hoop shifts excessively
1. If there is a malfunction on Y axis, remove carriage cover to fix the problem.
When the machine is turned on, hoop shifts automatically to the mechanical origin
points. Check to see if needle is positioned as illustrated below, if the embroidery unit
malfunctions.
Before sensor light is blocked
After sensor light is blocked, hoop
stops shifting.
