32-1. Checking sensor when machine stops very often
If the machine stops very often with warning signal（E1),
check as follows.
*The machine stops unexpectedly
*Thread is set correctly
*Presser foot is lowered
*There is no thread jamming nor fabric clogging
*Main shaft can be rotated easily by hand
Check function of thread breakage sensors.
*Operation is OK under test mode without thread set
(see the related section)
Checking sensor A
1. Remove the sensor cover before checking.
2. Check to see if the roller is disturbed to rotate due to touching with the sensor
cover.
3. Check to see if thread is not pulled through the tension plate nor given
pre-tension.
4. There is a problem in the sensor itself, if the machine stops after 8 cycles of
stitches after it starts with thread set correctly.
5. Check to see if slits of the encoder touches with the slot of the photo sensor.
6. Replace harness in case of electrical trouble.
7. Connector of the harness to be connected with CN12 on the main circuit board.
