<Signal>
If the sensor B doesn’t work properly while thread is set correctly, it judges as thread
breakage and stops the machine.
In order to check if the sensor B functions properly, pull thread loop onto the check spring
and move the check spring up and down manually as in the movement of take-up lever
while the machine is running at its lowest speed.
If the machine stops after 3 stitches are sewn under the above condition,
receiving/sending signal from the sensor is not done <no signal>.
<No signal> means the situation that the signal cannot be received/sent from the sensor
due to the following reasons:
1.Thread is not set.
2.The encoder in the sensor area cannot be rotated or the check spring doesn’t function
while thread is set properly.
3.Signal receiving/sending portion of the sensor is covered with foreign particles.
4.Harness of the sensor is not connected with the main circuit board,
5.Slit of the encoder or projection is not deeply in the slot of the sensor or touches with the
sensor.
