6.4 Wash Cycle Stages — Unity 20
The stages of the
Complete Wash Cycle
program are described below. Note: Other wash
cycles may not include all steps described.
Start cycle Confirm loading
Confirm basket is docked in tank and ready to start
wash cycle.
Prewash
Filling Tank fills to minimim level from cold water inlet.
Spraying/Flushing
Alternating spraying and lumen flushing
Flushing
Pulsed lumen flushing.
Draining
Water drains from tank.
Washing
Filling Tank fills to full level from hot and cold water inlets.
Dispensing
Chemical added on reaching minimum tank level.
Heating
Water heats to set point, circulating thru lumens.
Degassing
Ultrasonics pulsed to remove dissolved gases.
Ultrasonics/flushing Alternating ultrasonics and lumen flushing.
Draining Water drains from tank.
Rinsing
Filling Tank fills to minimum level from cold water inlet.
Spraying/Flushing
Alternating spraying and lumen flushing
Draining
Water drains from tank.
Final rinse
Filling Tank fills to minimum level from cold water inlet.
Spraying/Flushing
Alternating spraying and lumen flushing
Draining
Water drains from tank.
Cycle
complete
Confirm Acknowledge cycle completed.
Unload
Unload basket and confirm unloading.
