9.4 Viewing and Editing Wash Programs
Open (editable) wash programs may not be available on all models. To check that editable
wash programs are available on the sonic irrigator, view the wash programs in the
supervisor menu. If a wash program is editable, the text at the bottom of the display will
read EditProgram#.
IMPORTANT
Sonic activity during the degassing and washing stages of a wash program can increase
the temperature of the tank water at a rate up to 0.5 °C/min. (0.9 °F/min.). Setting a hot
wash cycle with a long period of degassing and a long duration wash stage can cause
the tank water to exceed the maximum permitted temperature, resulting in the system
aborting the cycle and reporting error code 23 (
water temperature too high
). If this
occurs, the wash cycle parameters should be changed to reduce the degassing and/or
washing periods, and/or increase the set wash temperature.
