8.7 Equipment Servicing
It is recommended that this equipment is serviced every 6 months. Servicing should only be
performed by a supplier-approved service technician.
Medisafe (UK) and it's distributors offer a range of service contracts and extended warranty
packages to provide continuous maintenance and breakdown cover once the original
warranty has expired.
When the equipment is serviced, the service technician will update the service record
included in this manual. See
Service Record
on page126. The recommended date for next
service should be noted, and service booked by this date.

No user- serviceable parts inside the equipment. To avoid personal injury, improper
equipment performance, invalidation of equipment warranty, or other costly damage,
service and repair should only be performed by service technicians approved by the
equipment manufacturer.
