– Torque wrench with optical/acoustic signal – 5910

– Screwdriver, T27x200 – 5910 890 2415
– Puller – 5910 890 8100
– Reversible ratchet wrench
– STIHL gear grease, 80 g – 0781 120 1109
– Dirko HT red sealant – 0783 830 2000
4.3 Removing Angle Drive Gear
N Preparations, @ 3.1.
N Loosen the screws (11) and pull the angle drive gear
off the drive tube.
4.4 Installing Angle Drive Gear
N Line up the angle drive gear and push it onto the drive
tube as far as stop.
N Rotate input shaft at the other end until it engages the
pinion (10).
N Tighten down the screws (11).
4.5 Removing the Drive Tube
N Preparations, @ 3.1.
N Remove angle drive gear, @ 4.3.
N Loosen the screws (8) and pull out the drive tube (6).
4.6 Installing the Drive Tube
N Line up the drive tube (6) and push it into the angle
drive gear (end with screws (8)) as far as stop.
N Rotate input shaft at the other end until it engages the
pinion (2).
N Tighten down the screws (8).
4.7 Removing the Drive Pinion
N Preparations, @ 3.1.
N Remove angle drive gear, @ 4.3.
N Remove the drive tube, @ 4.5.
N Take out the screws (8, 9, 11).
N Remove upper half of gear housing (7).
