REASSEMBLY
• Apply engine oil to the sliding surfaces of the oil pump inner
rotor, outer rotor and shaft.
• When installing the inner rotor 1, align the pin 2 with the
groove 3.
• When installing the inner rotor and outer rotor, face the
punched marks A on the rotors to the outside.
INSTALLATION
• Before mounting the oil pump, apply engine oil to the sliding
surfaces of the outer rotor, inner rotor, and shaft.
• Tighten the oil pump mounting bolts.
