This command initializes, for the current user, both waveform and setup
memories, overwriting any previously stored data.
Equivalent to invoking Teksecure from the Utility menu. This is a time-consuming
operation (3 to 5 m inutes) and the instrument is inoperable until the TekSecure
operation i
s complete.

two-digit second number from 01 to 60.
Examples

to 2:05 p.m. and 17 seconds.

This command sets the time zone to the one specified.
