Out of Paper Load Tray 1(MPT) with [size] [type]
The Tray 1 (MPT) No Paper Sensor indicates the tray is empty.
Initial Actions:
■ Inspect the tray to ensure that it is free of obstructions, is loaded with
supported media, and the guides are adjusted correctly.
■ Cycle printer power.
■ If the problem persists, follow the procedure below

Paper Sensor.
Is there +5 V across MPTPAP-1 <=>
ground?
Replace the sensor

Check all pins of the FSNS harness for
continuity.
Disconnect the FSNS Harness.
Is the harness conductive?
Replace the Motor
Driver Board

continuity.
Disconnect the DRV0 ribbon cable.
Is the cable conductive?
