Duplex Interface Failure
Error occurs only after the detection of a properly installed and functioning Duplex
Unit.
Applicable Status Code:
Code U12: Communication lost with Duplex Unit
Initial Actions:
■ Reseat the Duplex Unit
■ Cycle the printer's power.
■ If the problem persists follow the procedure below.
