The hotline feature allows the IP phone to dial out a predefined number automatically
whenever the phone is off hook. The IP phone uses the first available line to dial out the
hotline number. You can specify one hotline number on the phone. You can also specify
the delay time for the IP phone to automatically dial out the hotline number.
