8. Type </groupinfo> to indicate the end of the group list.
9. When completed, specify </contactData> to indicate the end of the contact file.
10. Save this file to the root directory of the configuration server.
The following is an example of a local contact file:

The IP phone can access 5 remote phonebooks. You can customize the remote XML
phonebook for the IP phone as required. Before specifying the access URL of the remote
phonebook in the configuration files, you need to create a remote XML phonebook and
then store it to the configuration server.
When creating a XML phonebook, remember the following:
The phonebook must be in .xml format.
<YealinkIPPhoneDirectory> indicates the start of a phonebook and
</YealinkIPPhoneDirectory> indicates the end of a phonebook.
<DirectoryEntry> indicates the start of a contact and </DirectoryEntry> indicates
the end of a contact.
Procedure
Use the following procedures to create a XML phonebook.
Creating a XML phonebook:
1. Using an ASCII editor, create a new file.
2. Type <YealinkIPPhoneDirectory> to indicate the start of the phonebook.
3. Type <DirectoryEntry> to indicate the start of each contact.
