FM:INTernal:FUNCtion {SINusoid|SQUare|TRIangle|RAMP|NOISe|USER}
Select the shape of the modulating waveform. You can use the noise
function as the modulating waveform. However, you cannot use the
noise function or dc volts as the carrier waveform. The default is SIN.

FM:INTernal:FUNCtion?
Query the shape of the modulating waveform. Returns “
SIN”,SQU”,
TRI”,RAMP”,NOIS”, orUSER”.
FM:INTernal:FREQuency {<
frequency>|MINimum|MAXimum}
Set the frequency of the modulating waveform. Select from 10 mHz
to 10 kHz. The default is 10 Hz.
MIN = 10 mHz. MAX = 10 kHz.

FM:INTernal:FREQuency? [MINimum|MAXimum]
Query the modulating frequency. Returns a value in hertz.
FM:STATe {OFF|ON}
Disable or enable
FM. To ensure proper operation, you should enable
FM after you have set up the other modulation parameters. Only one
modulation mode can be enabled at a time. When you enable
FM, the
previous modulation mode is turned off.
FM:STATe?
Query the state of
FM. Returns “0” (OFF) or “1” (ON).
