Information:
 Depending on the build up of dirt and the amount of intensive use, the
CONVOTHERM should be cleaned regularly with original CONVOTHERM
cleaning products and if necessary descaled.
Thereby you will achieve:
 A longer unit lifespan
 Minimal wear on the gaskets
 Even cooking quality results
 Optimal unit hygiene
 Trouble free operation
 With each new unit, the customer receives complete information and an order
form for the CONVOTHERM cleaning products.
