Create๎the๎card๎design(s)๎to๎use,๎and๎test๎each๎design๎before๎beginning๎production.๎Be๎sure๎to๎
use๎production๎card๎stock,๎and๎test๎all๎data๎and๎all๎processes.๎For๎example:
๏ฌ๏ Encode๎and๎read๎magnetic๎stripe๎data,๎if๎used.
๏ฌ๏ Print๎and๎verify๎the๎colors๎and๎quality๎of๎printing.

Loading Supplies
Before๎using๎the๎printer,๎make๎sure๎that๎the๎correct๎cards๎have๎been๎loaded๎into๎the๎card๎hopper,๎
that๎ink๎ribbon๎and๎retransfer๎film๎cartridges๎are๎installed๎in๎the๎printer,๎and๎that๎(if๎used)๎
laminate๎film๎cartridge(s)๎are๎loaded๎in๎the๎laminator.
Loading Cards
The๎card๎hopper๎can๎hold๎up๎to๎100,๎0.030๎inch๎(0.75๎mm)๎cards.๎The๎cards๎are๎held๎in๎position๎
with๎a๎hopper๎cover.๎Make๎sure๎that๎magnetic๎stripe๎cards๎or๎smart๎cards๎are๎loaded๎in๎the๎
proper๎orientation๎for๎processing.
