4.2 Settings for Analog port: TEL/FAX (Mandatory)
Basic settings -> Analog ports
The Analog port numbers for TEL1-4 of the Communication unit correspond to
the numbers shown on the “Analog ports” setting screen. For example, if you
intend to connect an Analog phone to TEL 1, the setting for “Analog port1” will
need to be set as “Telephone”.
There are four Analog ports for the Communication unit. Set the services (TEL, FAX,
TEL&FAX) and the extension numbers for the Analog terminals that are connected to
the respective ports.
It is recommended that you have the extension numbers listed up in advance.
Settings can be made via; Settings -> Basic settings -> Analog ports. Refer to 4-12 and
4-17 pages.
Note)
When the analog ports are set to Telephone, the ports will be added to the list
displayed via; Settings -> PBX settings -> Extension.
Procedure)
1. From the Settings menu, open; Basic settings -> Analog ports.
