F. Head Alignment
Refer to the procedure in the 6026 Manual, Part 4-Maintenance Manual, Chapter V. When necessary load
the Command String Interpreter as described in procedure A.
To read the skew tape, type the underlined responses:

REA 500 SPA BAC 500 ’CR’
To return the skew tape to BOT at 75 ips, not using rewind:

Repeat, if needed, to reach BOT.
To write all 1s on a blank tape:
