4-6 Printing Data
Printing Logs Use the LOG submenu to print logged measurement data, from a log
file in the meters memory. The data may be printed in either numeric
or graphical format, with a user specified time increment.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that a printer has been properly set up
before proceeding with this section.
To print logged measurement data, refer to Figure A-7 on page A-7,
and complete the following steps:
1. To access the Print Menu, press the
[PRNT] key.
Note: The Print Menu is not
protected by the security feature and a
password is never required to access this menu.
2. Press
[F2] = LOG.

3. Press
[F1] to print the log in numeric format or press [F2] to print
the log in graphical format.
4. Use the [←], [→] and
[F1]-[F4] keys to select a log file to print.
Note: At the
NAME prompt, the option bar shows the names of all
completed or active log files currently stored in memory. If an
active log is selected for printing, only the data already
accumulated at the time of the print command will be printed.
5. Enter the number of the first page of the log to print and press
[ENT]. (This prompt does not appear if the log file is only one page
long.)
6. Enter the total number of log pages to print and press
[ENT]. (This
prompt does not appear if the log file is only one page long.)
If you pressed [F1] at step 3, go to Numeric Format on the next
page
.
If you pressed [F2] at step 3, go to Graphical Format on the
next page.
