4-8 Printing Data
Print Site File Use the PROG submenu to print the data in a site file that was set up
and saved as described in Chapter 1, Programming Site Data. To print
a site file, refer to Figure A-7 on page A-7, and complete the
following steps:
IMPORTANT: Make sure that a printer has been properly set up
before proceeding with this section.
1. To access the Print Menu, press the
[PRNT] key.
Note: The Print Menu is not
protected by the security feature and a
password is never required to access this menu.
2. Press
[F3] = PROG.
3. Use the [←], [→] and
[F1]-[F4] keys to select the desired Site File
to print.
Note: All site files currently in memory appear on the option bar.
The currently active site file (or working file) is always listed
as the first choice
(Work) on the option bar.
The Model DF868 returns to the standard data display screen and
generates a site file printout similar to the one shown in Figure 4-5
below. The printout continues until the entire file has been printed or
until a
STOP command is issued (see the instructions for the STOP
submenu on page 4-9).
