– Guide the hose coming down behind the engine into a suitable container.

Water in the float chamber results in malfunctioning.
– Undo the screw (turn it counterclockwise) a few turns and drain the fuel from the
float chamber.
– Tighten screw .

Info
The engine oil level can be checked on a cold or hot engine.
– Park the vehicle on a horizontal surface.

The engine is at operating temperature.
– Check the engine oil level.
Info
After switching off the engine, wait one minute before checking the level.
The engine oil reaches the middle of the viewer .
» When the engine oil does not reach the middle of the viewer :
– Add engine oil. ( p. 171)
