2. Enter the country code and phone number, and then press . (The phone
automatically prepends the access code for international dialing, followed by the country
code and phone number.)
Speed Dialing
You can store up to 98 numbers in your phone’s speed dial memory to make contacting friends
and family easier. You must have already assigned a speed dial number to an existing phone
number.
To use speed dial for locations 2-9:
► From standby mode, press and hold the appropriate key for approximately two seconds.
To use speed dial for locations 10-99:
► From standby mode, enter a two-digit speed dial number, and then press .
The display confirms that the number has been dialed when it shows “Connecting...”.
Assign Speed Dial Numbers
You must have already saved phone numbers in Contacts to assign them as speed dial
numbers. (See Add a Number to a Contact.)
1. Press > Settings/Tools > Settings > Others > Contacts Settings.
2. Select Speed Numbers. The list of speed dial assignments is displayed.
3. Highlight an available location and press ASSIGN (left softkey). The Contacts list is
displayed.
4. Highlight an Contacts entry and press .
If the desired entry has multiple information of phone numbers, select one of them
using the right or left navigation key with the entry highlighted.
To replace or remove a current assignment:
1. Press > Settings/Tools > Settings > Others > Contacts Settings.
2. Select Speed Numbers. The list of speed dial assignments is displayed.
3. Highlight the location in which you want to replace or remove the phone number and
press OPTIONS (right softkey).
Tip: To send a message to the assigned Contacts entry, press SEND MESSAGE (left
softkey).
4. Select Replace or Remove.
